We're looking for a strong speaker who thrives on the road and can represent Hallow and the Catholic faith with warmth and credibility. What You'll Do - Parish Evangelization: Travel throughout your designated region, with an estimated 125-150 days on the road leading in-person events for our parish and school partners, including: - Weekend Mass engagements - Parish missions & events - Youth group nights and parent gatherings - School retreats for faculty and students Travel times will vary depending on the time of the year, but you can expect to be on the road about 15 days per month during heavy travel months and closer to 5 days per month during lighter travel months. - Build and Support Powerful Prayer Experiences: Collaborate with Hallow staff and partners to create meaningful, prayer-centered experiences and to plan for on-site success. You will also help the Hallow Parish Leads assess the strength of their partnerships during your time onsite. - Represent Hallow On-Site: Answer questions from parishioners, staff, and students about how to log into Hallow, access their parish page, their small group, etc. You’ll be trained on the product and process, and you'll make sure app access is quick and easy. - Answer Questions of Faith: While representing Hallow, you will serve as a credible and approachable voice for the Catholic faith. You’ll answer questions from parishioners, teachers, and students with clarity and theological accuracy, and engage in conversations around prayer, discipleship, and Catholic teaching. - Gather and Share Insights: You will consistently gather and share feedback from our partners to improve programming and engagement strategies and help identify opportunities for deeper activation and long-term impact. - Support Online Training and Formation: In addition to the in-person gatherings, there are several opportunities we provide for our parish and school leaders to receive formational webinars. This will be an additional key pathway for building rapport and for casting vision with leaders in the lead-up and follow-up to your in-person events. What You'll Love - Mission: This work is incredibly humbling. Every day we hear amazing stories, and we have the pleasure of working on something that’s impacting lives. One of our favorite user quotes: "I hate quoting an old, overused cliche, but I've been very lost. And I think for the first time in a while I may be found." - Speaking & Facilitation: Delivering engaging talks and prayer experiences for parish audiences, youth groups and confirmation programs, parents and adult faith formation groups, student assemblies / retreats, faculty retreats, and more. You can adapt your presentation and facilitation style across age groups and settings, and lead prayer in a way that is both reverent and accessible. - Ownership: When a company is this small, every employee is a core team member with an outsized impact. You'll be one of the faces of Hallow as you play a critical role in the relationship with our parish partners. - Growth: From day 1, you’ll be a part of the startup journey. We're growing quickly, and we’ll need your help to create a world-class team and to support our partner parishes in building community through prayer. - Flexibility: HQ is in Chicago, but this role is remote and will require you to be on the road a lot throughout the year throughout the U.S. and Canada. - Comp: We will pay competitive market rates in terms of equity, cash, & benefits. Qualifications - Passion: First and foremost, we’re looking for someone excited and passionate about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun to actually care about what you’re working on! - Dynamic Communicator: You're equally comfortable speaking at a weekend Mass, a youth event, or a school retreat. Strong public speaking and storytelling ability is a must. - Willingness to Travel: You thrive in a travel-heavy, variable schedule. You want to travel extensively, and you’re available on nights and weekends, especially for parish events. - Adaptable and Energetic: You're high-energy and comfortable working in ambiguity - this is a new role, and you'll help shape it as you go. You adapt quickly and enjoy engaging with new communities. - Relational Leadership: You love people and see service as a calling. You connect easily with parishioners, pastors, principals, and ministry leaders. You bring grace under pressure, uplift teammates and partners, and genuinely want what’s best for others. - Experience: Background in theology, catechesis, youth ministry, or parish leadership is helpful, as is familiarity with Catholic school environments. Ability to deliver missions and retreats in both English and Spanish is a plus. Compensation - $75,000 to $85,000 USD per year (base salary) - $85,000 to $105,000 USD per year (on-target earnings) - The above ranges reflect estimated annual cash compensation. Hallow

Hallow oversees a Catholic prayer and meditation app designed to help its users find peace, sleep more soundly every night, and deepen their spirituality. The c

Role Description We are looking to 10x our team’s impact by becoming truly AI native in everything we do. We need someone to lead that transition by helping plan, educate, build, and integrate across the entire company. - Architect the future: You'll embed with teams across the company to deeply map their systems, workflows, and work product, then re-envision them alongside subject matter experts - (co)designing specific solutions for each team that fit into our team-wide architecture of agents and shared knowledge bases. - Help build the future: You won't just make plans working alongside our dev team, you'll build, deploy, and iterate on specialized agents and internal tools, structure & integrate data schema, and take each team through a full v1.0 workflow optimization, one team at a time. All while also bringing others along to build with you. - Educate & train the team: You'll be the main leader in helping every teammate become a 10x version of themselves, creating team resources/guides, holding office hours, and coaching team members through a progressive journey from learning to creative independence. You’ll be at the center of cross-pollenating learnings and successes across the team. - Own responsible AI use: You'll work directly with the leadership team in defining and enforcing how we do all of this safely and responsibly, maintaining our internal AI and data-security policies, and running the review framework for internally built tooling. - Coordinate our AI efforts: You'll be the quarterback for Hallow's ongoing transition to be truly AI-native in everything we do, leading our weekly cross-functional meetings, documenting progress, and tracking adoption across every team so leadership always knows what's working, what it costs, and what impact it's driving. We need someone who is hands-on with AI tools - You’ve built, de-bugged, and deployed a real project yourself. You don’t need to be a full-stack engineer, but you’ll bridge the gap between the engineering team and partner teams, QA’ing homegrown tools at the code level, and understand our backend infrastructure enough to build into it and explain it to other non-technical teammates. - Systems-Level Thinker: You can understand and re-envision system architecture and workflows across multiple areas of an organization. You know how to work within the micro of specific team workflows while also building with the macro of a team-wide architecture in mind. - Natural Collaborator: You’ll be working side-by-side with subject matter experts. You can earn trust and collaborate effectively by pulling their expertise into the work so the solutions fit how each team actually operates. - Coach & Communicator: You can flex your training skills to teach individuals and groups across different formats and audiences, adapting your teaching style and depth to fit who you’re working with. You’ll need to be particularly sensitive to meeting each person where they are in their current personal understanding of and potential fears toward AI. - Grit: We are a fast-growing startup, so we’re looking for comfort working in ambiguity and the ability to create meaningful impact in short periods of time. - Experience: You’ve spent time building - shipping real tools, agents, and/or automations - and time enabling others, whether through learning & development, operations, program management, consulting, or transformation work. You’ve done enough of both building and enabling that you can move fast without a playbook. Requirements - Experience in building and deploying AI tools and solutions. - Strong understanding of system architecture and workflows. - Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proven coaching and communication skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Role Description We're looking for a warm, tenacious communicator to join us as a contract Retention Specialist - someone who can meet a subscriber in a moment of doubt, listen well, and help them find a reason to stay. - Conduct Retention Calls: You'll be on the front lines speaking with subscribers who have expressed intent to cancel, listening carefully and using good judgment to help them find a path forward. - Make Tailored Offers: Work within an approved offer framework to present the right option for each subscriber - a discount, a pause, or sometimes just a good conversation. - Handle Difficult Conversations: Approach every call with empathy and patience, including conversations where a subscriber ultimately decides to leave. You're honest even when it means losing the save. - Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer support, retention, customer success, or a related role — ideally handling phone calls for a subscription or consumer app environment. Experience specifically handling inbound cancellation calls, retention or "save" programs is a strong plus. Native or near-native proficiency in spoken English is required.
