• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide digital optimization strategies in partnership with DT leaders and subject matter experts. • Evaluate current DT services against industry benchmarks and leading practices, highlighting opportunities for modernization and efficiency. • Identify digital needs across functions, propose new service offerings, and develop high‑quality business cases to secure senior leader sponsorship and investment. • Ensure all programs follow the RTX Enterprise Program Management (REPM) methodology and maintain high-quality milestone planning. • Identify and leverage cross‑program interdependencies to unlock synergy, streamline execution, and drive efficiency gains. • Proactively assess program risks, develop contingency plans, and execute timely corrective actions to address scope, schedule, or budget variances. • Perform additional responsibilities related to the role as assigned. • Travel up to 10%, or as needed.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience developing digital strategies and implementing DT services.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level communication and analysis.
- U.S. citizenship is required

This leader is responsible for communicating, developing, implementing, maintaining and managing the governance of the enterprise disaster recovery management (DRM) program. The objective of this program is to support product and IT systems' resilience and timely recovery, regardless of cause. Responsibilities - Lead the annual plan development, review, and executive sign-off lifecycle for critical product and non-product systems. - Actively integrate disaster recovery vulnerabilities, Service Readiness Framework (SRF) findings, and exercise gaps into existing risk frameworks to quantify, score, and systematically drive down operational risk across the company. - Author clear program updates, annual compliance metrics, and formal responses to internal and external audit findings. - Partner across the organization to support the execution of unified Gamedays and quarterly technical tests to ensure critical applications fail over predictably. - Benchmark and audit actual technical execution against strict Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO). - Convert static, document-heavy continuity playbooks into clean, runnable-style procedures to optimize recovery coordination. - Review and audit the independent business continuity and disaster recovery plans of high-exposure third-party SaaS vendors to proactively isolate and eliminate downstream single points of failure (SPOFs). - Verify fallback processing environments, ensuring that automated remediation workflows are fully provisioned and mapped before disruptions occur. - Serve as the technical disaster recovery authority during active live disruptions, seamlessly synchronizing recovery activities with existing tactical response teams.
