• Support the Corporate Quality team with document control, quality records and e-workflows • Establish Style and formatting in the Policy, SOP, WI templates • Support document owners through document control workflows in MasterControl • Support other quality workflows as needed including change control

• Responsible for the management and growth of a Northern California Territory book of business • Analyze customers’ business information and claims history • Monitor clients’ activities to change policies as risks evolve • Evaluate acceptability of individual risks and determine overall acceptability of risk, coverage terms, and pricing • Work with agents/brokers to develop productive and profitable relationships while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines • Handle new and renewal submissions and endorsement requests from agents/producers • Document underwriting files to support analysis, coverage terms, and pricing • Mentor & coach junior underwriters and underwriting support staff

• Support Army logistics resource management programs through planning, program execution, and strategic initiatives. • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate resource requirements, organizational performance, funding execution, and emerging issues. • Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from multiple data sources to support executive decision-making and resource recommendations. • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications supporting Army logistics resource management initiatives. • Support the planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and tracking of Army logistics resources and organizational priorities. • Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to support resource management objectives. • Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, funding actions, and action items to ensure timely execution. • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions. • Synthesize complex financial, operational, and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve mission performance and organizational effectiveness. • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision-making. • Support resource planning, financial analysis, program integration, and organizational assessment activities, as required. • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required. • Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.

• Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration. • Document, analyze, and re-engineer core business workflows to optimize them for cloud-native environments (leveraging automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions). • Collaborate with cross-functional business units (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement) to align their operational rhythms with cloud capabilities. • Define and track key operational metrics (KPIs) to measure the efficiency gains and business agility post-migration.
