Cloud Delivery Enablement Specialist
Motorola Solutions
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration. • Document, analyze, and re-engineer core business workflows to optimize them for cloud-native environments (leveraging automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions). • Collaborate with cross-functional business units (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement) to align their operational rhythms with cloud capabilities. • Define and track key operational metrics (KPIs) to measure the efficiency gains and business agility post-migration.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Technology
- 4+ years of Cloud Solutions and Business Operations experience required.
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
