• delivering on-site water treatment service and technical support to customers across the Mount Isa region • Monitor and maintain chemical stock levels for cooling, boiler, and wastewater treatment systems, including ordering chemicals and coordinating empty drum disposal • Conduct routine sampling and testing of cooling and boiler water systems, identify issues, and implement corrective actions • Record test results and system data accurately in DrewTrax or other designated record-keeping systems • Inspect, maintain, clean, and troubleshoot chemical dosing and monitoring equipment • Build strong relationships with site maintenance teams through regular communication and support • Collect and dispatch biological samples and perform cooling tower cleaning or supervise cleaning activities as required • Install and retrieve corrosion coupons to support water treatment monitoring • Identify and report water or chemical leaks, equipment faults, and other abnormal conditions • Carry out equipment recalibration, reprogramming, and manual chemical dosing when required • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and documentation across all site activities

Role Description Rhythm Express is seeking a Senior ECG Cardiac Technician who is passionate about analyzing cardiac rhythms and assisting patients and clinics with using our monitoring devices for cardiac arrhythmias. This individual will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and expanding team. The role will provide growth and advancement opportunities along with a bonus incentive pay structure. We are looking for two ECG Technicians to support overnight operations. This is a fully remote role. Job Responsibilities: - Process, analyze and edit Holter, Event/MCT final summary reports for clinical accuracy. - Analyze, adjudicate, and effectively communicate urgent ECG findings to physicians and medical offices. - Provide technical/clinical support for customers, internal employees, and patients on the use of our device or reports. Qualifications - Five years or more experience providing ECG monitoring/analysis/reporting. - Knowledge of computers, and computer applications (Office 365, Windows). - Strong written communication skills, ability to conduct yourself professionally while maintaining business relationships. - Ability to work independently with attention to detail and focus on specific performance goals. - Desire to continuously develop clinical knowledge, focus on ECG rhythm analysis skills. - Enjoys helping others. - Have/Maintain CCT/CRAT certification. Requirements - Expertise in cardiac rhythm recognition and analysis skills, especially with difficult to adjudicate ECG Strips. - Proficiency in computers (frequent use of Microsoft Office 365 and tools). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Provide guidance and support to field on-site and PM technicians • Perform onsite product support to assigned customer accounts • Manage logistics, deployments, on-site troubleshooting of product, Preventive Maintenance, and software upgrades • Direct involvement with staffing of department • Assist customers with application of equipment • Escalate customer-related issues to Service Manager and CQA Account Manager • Perform on-site PMs • Train yearly, a minimum of 40 hours in ZOLL related products • Assign PM workload to team • Provide guidance on PDR process • Assist and/or conduct employee's reviews as required by management • Deployments to other customers in region at the direction of management • Monthly reporting of department metrics for on-site coverage and PM performance • Provide software upgrades as requested
