Field Technician
ZOLL Medical Corporation
• Provide guidance and support to field on-site and PM technicians • Perform onsite product support to assigned customer accounts • Manage logistics, deployments, on-site troubleshooting of product, Preventive Maintenance, and software upgrades • Direct involvement with staffing of department • Assist customers with application of equipment • Escalate customer-related issues to Service Manager and CQA Account Manager • Perform on-site PMs • Train yearly, a minimum of 40 hours in ZOLL related products • Assign PM workload to team • Provide guidance on PDR process • Assist and/or conduct employee's reviews as required by management • Deployments to other customers in region at the direction of management • Monthly reporting of department metrics for on-site coverage and PM performance • Provide software upgrades as requested
Job Requirements
- Technical Degree (2 year minimum) required or Equivalent work experience required
- Prior work experience interfacing with external customers preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Credit card in good standing for travel expenses required
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to meet objectives
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational skills
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office
