Job Description

Associate Regional Business Consultant

Kafene

• Merchant Relationship Management: Own an assigned portfolio of merchant accounts within the territory, conduct regular field visits to build relationships with store managers and staff, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for merchant needs while building trust and rapport • Onboarding and Training: Execute new merchant onboarding and in-store training, drive applications and reinforce adoption behaviors all with urgency after onboarding • In-Store Execution: Conduct purposeful, high-quality store visits focused on execution and reinforcing high performance, identify gaps and provide real-time coaching to improve application volume and conversion • Performance Monitoring: Monitor account-level performance against territory quota, identify underperforming merchants and execute corrective action plans • CRM Discipline: Log all store visits and merchant interactions, document observations, actions taken, and clearly defined next steps in HubSpot to maintain accurate territory records • Collaboration and Field Alignment: Work closely with Senior Account Managers to set territory priorities and account focus, coordinate with cross-functional internal sales partners and support broader regional initiatives and execution strategies

  • Prior field sales or account support experience
