Staff Product Manager – Vaults
Morpho
• Define and drive the product roadmap for Morpho Vaults, from the application layer down to the protocol, to grow vault deposits and make depositing and earning on Morpho effortless. • Own Morpho's overall vault strategy, working across engineering, partnerships, integrations, legal, and GTM to deliver a best-in-class product. • Build and run a customer research program across trading desks, institutional clients, curators, and depositors to deeply understand their needs and represent them internally so teams make informed decisions. • Articulate and execute a strategy for external vault providers, growing relationships and shared dealflow so the wider vault ecosystem succeeds in a way that compounds Morpho's growth. • Collaborate with the protocol team to identify goals and areas of research for the next generation of the vault protocol. • Navigate legal and regulatory complexity around vault products, partnering with legal to shape product and technical decisions that keep the offering robust.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience with a proven track record of shipping real products that people use.
- Deep experience in finance and/or crypto: either a traditional finance background with strong crypto exposure, or hands-on experience building crypto or DeFi products.
- Ability to operate across the full product stack, from consumer application UX down to protocol-level design questions.
- Comfort engaging with legal and regulatory complexity in financial products.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Clear and crisp async communication.
- Strong ownership and autonomy, doesn't wait to be told.
