• Manage and maintaining the Contxt product backlog, ensuring requirements and user stories are clear, detailed, and prioritized for engineering execution • Translate business, operational, and clinical needs into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, data rules, and workflow diagrams • Run backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily agile ceremonies with engineering; partner with product and engineering to prioritize what should be built based on market signal and business value • Map complex eligibility logic, clinical workflows, claims data rules, and EHR-derived data structures to ensure consistent system behavior • Apply knowledge of EHR systems and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) to define integration logic, data mappings, and expected system behaviors that enable accurate eligibility and workflow automation • Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure development aligns with expected outcomes • Create user flows, data dictionaries, rule libraries, and system documentation for engineering, QA, sales, and customer-facing teams • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validating sprint increments, identifying defects, and ensuring each release meets quality standards • Lead client discovery sessions with life sciences prospects and partners to evaluate new use case opportunities • Build value demonstration materials, ROI logic, examples, client-ready use case framing and proof points • Develop structured value frameworks, case studies, and repeatable templates to support pre-sales and post-implementation conversations

• Develop product and technology communications strategies that support Cohere’s business goals, product roadmap, and technical differentiation • Partner with product, engineering, research, and modeling leaders to craft messaging, narratives, and materials that explain Cohere’s technology in accessible, high-impact ways • Lead communications around product launches, including messaging frameworks, FAQs, press releases, and executive talking points • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for customers, partners, analysts, and media • Collaborate with corporate comms to drive proactive storytelling that elevates Cohere’s technical leadership and product momentum • Work closely with marketing to ensure consistency across product marketing, developer content, and external communications • Support thought leadership for product, research, and modeling executives • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to refine messaging and understand what resonates with technical audiences • Prepare and support crisis and issues communications related to product, security, or technical incidents, partnering with Corporate Communications and relevant teams

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Check Intelligence business. • Translate check processing needs, deposit workflows, check fraud trends, customer requirements, regulatory expectations, and market opportunities into clear product requirements and investment priorities. • Partner closely with engineering, data science, fraud experts, and operations to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing check intelligence capabilities. • Lead roadmap planning and prioritization across fraud prevention, deposit decisioning, image quality, risk signals, APIs, analytics, operational tooling, and customer-facing capabilities. • Manage and coach a team of product managers, helping them improve product discovery, requirements quality, stakeholder management, execution discipline, and business ownership. • Establish and monitor product KPIs, including fraud detection performance, false positive rates, customer adoption, revenue growth, operational efficiency, deposit completion rates, and customer satisfaction. • Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, and support teams to support customer conversations, roadmap alignment, go-to-market readiness, and product adoption.
