Group Product Manager – Core Services

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for the Core Services group • Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Architecture, and Data leaders to shape Core Services direction • Own the Core Services orchestration layer across system, services, and data flows • Drive adoption and impact of shared services across the organization • Define and monitor platform health and success metrics • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders • Identify and leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve product velocity • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience leading complex, highly technical products
- 2+ years managing Product Managers at the Group level or above
- Strong technical expertise in distributed systems, platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, data foundations, and service-oriented design
- Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize investments, and make trade-off decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong people leadership experience, including developing talent, setting priorities, and building high-performing product teams
- Excellent communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
