• Liderazgo Técnico y Funcional del Core Bancario • Actuar como principal consultor y referente técnico-funcional para la configuración, parametrización y personalización de Temenos T24/Transact. • Definir lineamientos, mejores prácticas y estándares para la administración y evolución de la plataforma. • Analizar requerimientos de negocio y traducirlos en soluciones funcionales y técnicas efectivas. • Liderar iniciativas de mejora, actualización y optimización del core bancario. • Supervisar, gestionar y optimizar la ejecución de los procesos de Cierre de Negocio (COB). • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en desempeño, estabilidad y eficiencia operativa. • Diseñar y liderar estrategias integrales de pruebas funcionales, de integración y regresión. • Ser el principal mentor de los equipos técnicos y funcionales internos.

• Build and enhance best-in-class mobile and web products that improve the implant supply chain. • Design, develop, test, and deploy modular cloud-based systems using modern software development practices. • Architect technical solutions and translate product goals into clear, manageable deliverables. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to determine the best technical approach for client and organizational needs. • Develop responsive, scalable, reliable, and robust software solutions. • Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations that support Casechek’s SaaS platform. • Ensure applications and services are optimized for performance across web and mobile environments. • Troubleshoot production issues and identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability. • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, testing practices, and engineering standards. • Stay current on emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development best practices. • Participate in an Agile development environment using Scrum methodologies. • Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and development techniques. • Lead special projects as requested.
