• Own the growth roadmap for each client • Run A/B tests on paywalls, onboarding, pricing, and placement using Superwall • Be accountable for client metrics: conversion rates, trial starts, revenue per user, LTV • Build and present performance reports with clear insights and next steps • Lead client sessions: onboarding, regular check-ins, and teaching teams how to think about monetization • Work closely with a product designer who handles the visual side of experiments

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience growing a subscription mobile app.
  • You've owned or directly influenced monetization metrics
  • You've worked with Superwall or similar paywall tools and know how paywall experimentation works in practice
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Comfortable with conversion funnels, A/B test analysis, cohort data, and revenue metrics
  • Experience designing and prioritizing experiment roadmaps
  • Client-facing communication skills
  • Comfortable context-switching across multiple apps and client needs
  • AI-native workflow: you use AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and hypothesis generation
  • Proficient English (written and verbal)
  • EU or US East Coast timezone
