Natus

Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a phone/email-based role, responsible for increasing new sales and revenue from lead and existing customer accounts within their respective region. Promotes and sells products and services through prospecting and following up on account plans and sales and marketing initiatives to increase Natus’ market share. - Promotes and sells Natus supply products to hospitals and private facilities via telephone/email/zoom. - Partners with assigned DSMs to focus on Supply sales. - Covers a defined territory with annual sales quota. - Meets assigned KPIs, including calls per day, emails per day, percentage of customer leads converted, and percent of quality conversations. - Maintains, tracks, and reports detailed records of all activities. - Evaluates and qualifies leads from tradeshows, conferences, and other means on lead receipt. - Continuously creates prospects to develop new clients and expand existing relationships. - Places sample orders with customer service as needed for qualified customers. - Responds to customer questions for assigned products. - Manages data regarding prospective and existing customers using company systems. - Quotes current product promotions and collaborates with sales team and marketing during promotion time frame. - Exercised judgement with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. - Stays up-to-date and follows all Quality System procedures related to this job. - Occasional travel (less than 5%) to visit customer sites with DSMs as needed, potential travel to Trade Shows. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Clinical background a plus but not required. Requirements - Inside and Telesales experience required; Medical sales a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of software. - Familiarity with internal sales and business support programs. - Ability to deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company. - Familiarity with clinical sales and/or care environment.
