Role Description This is a product leadership role, you'll own a set of data connection products end to end: bringing them into being, launching them into the market, and owning their commercial success. These products live at the connective tissue of our technology product, where data moves between platforms, systems, and our customer's partners. We are building the rails of the volunteerism ecosystem globally. The broader mandate is to bring new connection-driven products to market as the ecosystem evolves, so this is a role for someone energized by early-stage ambiguity and a landscape with real unknowns and moving pieces. What You'll Actually Do - Define product requirements and roadmaps for cross-platform integrations, and carry them from concept through to market. - Own the consent and data governance framework for how participant data moves across our ecosystem. - Work closely with the sales team to translate product capability into something they can confidently demo. - Work directly with engineering (led by our CTO) to spec systems, define schemas, and make architecture tradeoffs. Not writing code, but being credible enough technically to make good product decisions about data. - Sit in rooms with state Medicaid IT directors, system integrators, and enterprise partners and guide those conversations toward positive outcomes. You'll be stepping into live commercial motion. - Read the market. Understand the competitive landscape and the dynamics of a new and shifting regulatory market, and make the case for where and how these products win. - Make prioritization tradeoffs across multiple product areas that compete for the same engineering resources. Qualifications - You have 7+ years across SaaS product management and product go-to-market, with meaningful time spent on integrations, data products, or platform and ecosystem work. - You've owned products where the core value proposition is how data moves between systems rather than what a single UI does. - You are genuinely commercial. You can sit with a sales team and make them effective, and you can sit with a customer or partner and translate technical capability into a business case. - You think about how a product wins in a market, not only whether it works. - You're comfortable with early-stage ambiguity. This is a market with real unknowns and moving pieces, and you're the kind of person energized by shaping something before it is fully defined rather than waiting for it to settle. - You've worked in a multi-product environment where integration between products was a real value creator. - Government, healthcare, or compliance experience is a plus but not required. Benefits - Medical, dental & vision insurance (after 90 days) - 401(k) (after 90 days) - Unlimited vacation + 9 paid holidays - Paid parental leave - Competitive comp package
