Account Executive – HCLS
Jamf
• The Jamf Account Executive will formulate and execute strategic account plans to drive customer value realization and expand Jamf’s footprint within assigned existing customer accounts. • Manage the entire sales-cycles from prospecting to closing, often presenting to various levels within the organization to demonstrate the value of our full suite of solutions. • Proactively identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts to build qualified pipeline through direct customer engagement. • Understand the needs of our customers and work in partnership with Sales Engineers to architect solutions to ensure our customers success. • Build trusting relationships within the sales ecosystem including Channel Partners and Apple. • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis, while creating satisfied customers. • Leverage industry leading sales tech stack including SalesForce.com, Outreach.io, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn Navigator, and much more.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales role (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years software sales experience (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years health-tech, med-tech or biotech sales experience (Preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to carry a quota and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Demonstrated ability to expand Jamf’s portfolio into existing customer base while ensuring product and customer retention
- Familiarity with the Apple Ecosystem or SaaS sales is a plus, but not required.

Role Description The Commercial Account Executive (Mid-Market) is a strategic, revenue-generating individual contributor responsible for driving expansion, retention, and long-term customer growth across an assigned portfolio of mid-market accounts. - Exercises independent judgment in developing account strategies, identifying business opportunities, structuring commercial approaches, and managing customer relationships. - Regularly engages customers and key decision-makers through in-person meetings, business reviews, and field-based sales activities to drive customer retention and revenue growth. - Independently influences purchasing decisions, conducts commercial negotiations, and secures customer commitments through consultative, relationship-driven sales interactions conducted both remotely and at customer locations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. - 3--5+ years of experience independently managing customer relationships, revenue opportunities, and commercial sales strategies within a B2B environment. - Professional experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is required. - Prior experience in managed services provider (MSP) industry, telecom, SaaS, or technology preferred. Requirements - Experience in mid-market account management. - Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). - Demonstrated experience leading consultative, solution-based sales engagements involving customer relationship development, commercial negotiations, and field-based selling activities. - Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to support customer engagement, strategic account meetings, and business development activities.
