• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to develop site initiation timelines and ensure adherence to project milestones • Prepare and manage site startup documentation, including contracts, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions • Coordinate with contracts and budget teams to ensure timely execution of site agreements • Assist with the preparation and submission of essential regulatory documents for site activation • Ensure all documents are approved by ethics committees and IRBs before site activation • Track progress of regulatory submissions, site contracts, and essential document collection • Verify site readiness with adequate resources and completed training prior to patient enrolment • Participate in study kick-off and initiation meetings to align expectations and timelines • Troubleshoot activation issues and escalate problems to the Project Manager or CRA when needed • Assist with the setup of study supplies and equipment at the site, including investigational products and lab kits

• Track and evaluate commercially available (and upcoming) air cleaning tech. • Help build and maintain a living product roadmap and target product profile (TPP) for ACTs. • Use this knowledge to help us design indoor air quality (IAQ) pilots for prospective ACT adopters. • Support the creation of playbooks for IAQ-curious organizations. • Conduct focus groups to learn how decision-makers consider IAQ investments. • Build relationships with manufacturers, installers, servicers in the air cleaning tech space.

• Perform as a dedicated member of the search team to new opportunities as they arise • Partner with Account Managers, Expert Services Consultants, Recruiters, and Researchers on specification calls to determine expert qualifications and requirements • Join post-specification calls with the search team to ensure team alignment • Write specification summary in the applicant tracking system (ATS) within 24 hours of joining the specification call with search team and counsel • Assist with the preparation of email templates for the assigned Recruiter and Expert Services Consultant • Send introductory emails on behalf of assigned Recruiter • Assist with scheduling vetting calls on the assigned Recruiter’s behalf • Perform medical license audits and law license audits for appropriate experts • Prepare electronic summary presentations in Microsoft Word for our expert candidates • PDF expert presentations and route to the assigned Recruiter and Expert Services Consultants for final review, approval, and send out • Establish initial delivery deadlines and timetables • Facilitate all scheduling of Expert-Client interviews • Join candidate interviews on behalf of assigned Recruiter when Recruiter cannot join • Proactively communicate case status updates to presented experts on behalf of Recruiters to keep candidates updated during the search process; ensure candidates are notified throughout the selection process, including those not selected • Other job duties as assigned

• Managing accounts payable - coding supplier invoices to the correct nominal and entity, routing them for approval through Omnea, and helping to process payments on time • Managing accounts receivable - raising customer invoices accurately and on time, and helping to chase overdue accounts • Performing daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, SGD), investigating and resolving discrepancies • Processing employee expenses via Spendesk & Deel, ensuring spend is correctly coded, supported, and approved • Posting journals and maintaining accurate, well-organised financial records • Keeping customer and supplier data current, reconciled, and auditable, and providing weekly AR and AP inputs for cash flow forecasting • Responding promptly to billing and supplier payment queries and escalating issues where appropriate. • Assisting month-end balance sheet reconciliations under review - starting with bank, AR, and AP, and building toward more complex balances over time • Helping to maintain prepayment and accrual schedules - posting monthly releases and raising AP accruals for invoices not yet received • Supporting the preparation of monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting, helping to investigate unexpected items and assisting with variance analysis. • Completing your assigned month-end tasks accurately and on schedule.
