• Complete teaching observations of instructors, evaluating their performance and providing coaching and feedback. • Monitor classes during assigned shifts, ensuring that instructors are meeting our standards and dealing with any urgent issues that may arise. • Interview candidates for instructor roles. • Train new instructors and evaluate their readiness to start teaching. • Teach Virtual Campus classes, including subbing when needed. • Identify instructor performance concerns that require follow-up. For nonsevere issues, determine next steps and follow up with the employee. • Support the creation and delivery of professional development opportunities for instructors. • Assist the Customer Service team in responding to parent emails relating to instruction. • Assist the logistical operations at the Virtual Campus. • Help develop activities and instructional approaches that increase engagement and allow students to do the heavy lifting. • Complete other tasks and responsibilities, as assigned.

Position Summary We’re looking for a mission-aligned Recovery Coach to bring the power of lived experience to the center of our care model. As a certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRS), you’ll support justice-involved individuals on their recovery journey—offering encouragement, building trust, and helping them navigate the barriers that stand between them and lasting wellness. Your lived experience with recovery will be a powerful asset in building authentic, hope-filled relationships with clients who may be navigating complex health, behavioral, and social challenges. Schedule & Location This is a full-time, remote position, Monday through Friday. Some evening availability may be needed to accommodate client needs across time zones. What You'll Do - Build trusting, nonjudgmental relationships with clients based on shared lived experience - Use personal recovery experience to offer hope, motivation, and accountability - Collaborate with participants and the Holon care team to develop personalized recovery plans - Connect clients to community resources (e.g., housing, healthcare, employment, transportation) - Conduct strengths-based assessments to identify client needs and goals - Advocate for clients within the justice system, care system, and other relevant environments - Partner with Care Navigators, clinicians, and judicial points of contact for integrated care - Stay informed on best practices in peer support and recovery-based care - Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards - Contribute to new initiatives and engagement strategies as assigned Requirements What You Bring to the Table - A person in sustained recovery with at least one year of lived experience (strongly preferred) - Certified as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRS) or Peer Recovery Coach - Deeply empathetic, with strong listening and communication skills - Knowledgeable about the realities of recovery and the barriers clients may face - Committed to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards - Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, team-based environment - Aligned with Holon’s values of equity, inclusion, and whole-person care Education & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred - Certification as a Peer Recovery Coach or PRS in the state of Utah (national certification from an accredited agency like NAADAC is also accepted) - 1–2 years in a peer support role is strongly preferred - Lived experience or close connection to someone in recovery is strongly valued - Experience working with justice-involved populations is a plus The Holon Way We’re not just building a better model of care—we’re building a better workplace. • Identify and prioritize the most critical school systems and processes to document • Organize existing resources into clear, accessible formats • Draft and refine documentation that reflects real practice • Collaborate with in-country staff to ensure practicality and cultural appropriateness • Support continuous improvement by updating documents based on feedback • Travel to South Asia annually for collaboration

• Provide skills-based individual and group sessions to caregivers in treatment at Equip. • Implement motivational strategies with caregivers to engage with their care plans, including monitoring adherence to care plans and completion of program elements. • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team huddles to support patient progress in treatment. • Actively listen and guide caregivers to anticipate challenges and engage in coping-ahead strategies. • Maintain an availability calendar allowing caregivers to schedule appointments. • Conduct proactive outreach (phone calls/messaging), missed appointment recovery, reminders, tracking, and support to ensure full engagement with the care plan. • Engage in problem-solving to ensure care plan adherence, including identifying and providing tangible solutions to roadblocks to treatment adherence. • Ensure personalization of care plans by making program recommendations and coordinating services to ensure caregiver needs are met. • Guide caregivers in developing advocacy-related documentation, including 504 Plan accommodation request letters. • Build a relationship of respect and trust with the caregiver. • Complete timely documentation of caregiver interactions in compliance with Equip policies. • Attend and participate in internal meetings as well as initial and ongoing training as assigned. • Perform other duties as assigned.
