Position Summary We’re looking for a mission-aligned Recovery Coach to bring the power of lived experience to the center of our care model. As a certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRS), you’ll support justice-involved individuals on their recovery journey—offering encouragement, building trust, and helping them navigate the barriers that stand between them and lasting wellness. Your lived experience with recovery will be a powerful asset in building authentic, hope-filled relationships with clients who may be navigating complex health, behavioral, and social challenges. Schedule & Location This is a full-time, remote position, Monday through Friday. Some evening availability may be needed to accommodate client needs across time zones. What You'll Do - Build trusting, nonjudgmental relationships with clients based on shared lived experience - Use personal recovery experience to offer hope, motivation, and accountability - Collaborate with participants and the Holon care team to develop personalized recovery plans - Connect clients to community resources (e.g., housing, healthcare, employment, transportation) - Conduct strengths-based assessments to identify client needs and goals - Advocate for clients within the justice system, care system, and other relevant environments - Partner with Care Navigators, clinicians, and judicial points of contact for integrated care - Stay informed on best practices in peer support and recovery-based care - Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards - Contribute to new initiatives and engagement strategies as assigned Requirements What You Bring to the Table - A person in sustained recovery with at least one year of lived experience (strongly preferred) - Certified as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRS) or Peer Recovery Coach - Deeply empathetic, with strong listening and communication skills - Knowledgeable about the realities of recovery and the barriers clients may face - Committed to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards - Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, team-based environment - Aligned with Holon’s values of equity, inclusion, and whole-person care Education & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred - Certification as a Peer Recovery Coach or PRS in the state of Utah (national certification from an accredited agency like NAADAC is also accepted) - 1–2 years in a peer support role is strongly preferred - Lived experience or close connection to someone in recovery is strongly valued - Experience working with justice-involved populations is a plus The Holon Way We’re not just building a better model of care—we’re building a better workplace. Position Summary We’re looking for a mission-aligned, relationship-driven Community Relationship Manager to support Holon Health’s growth across New Mexico. In this role, you will identify and cultivate partnerships across a range of channels, including community organizations, healthcare providers, health plans, and the justice system, helping stakeholders understand how Holon’s innovative care model can change lives. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to courts, probation departments, community-based organizations, and other key stakeholders, ensuring our programs are effectively delivered to the people who need them most. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring the Client Acquisition team, developing training for justice and community partners, and driving regional growth. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts connector, communicator, and relationship-builder—driven to make a measurable impact while supporting a more just and human-centered approach to care. What You'll Do • Build relationships with referral partners to include sober living homes, recovery residences, treatment providers, probation and parole offices, courts, diversion programs, and reentry organizations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners within your territory. • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and educational sessions to strengthen engagement. • Represent Holon at local and state conferences, coalition meetings, and community events. • Identify opportunities to co-host or participate in educational and community-based initiatives. • Act as a visible ambassador for Holon’s mission and model of care. • Track industry trends and provide feedback to internal teams to inform outreach strategy • Foster an inclusive, equity-driven team culture through training, mentoring, and modeling • Other duties as assigned Requirements What You Bring to the Table • A natural relationship-builder who leads with curiosity, empathy, and professionalism • Deeply familiar with the criminal justice system and/or community health landscape and their operational realities • Strategic and tactical—you can plan and execute without missing a beat • A confident trainer and presenter, comfortable leading groups and one-on-one sessions • Energized by making outreach feel warm, personal, and community-centered • Organized, reliable, and motivated by meaningful work • Passionate about equity, inclusion, and expanding access to care Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Strong track record in account management, community engagement, outreach, or sales—ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or criminal justice sectors • Demonstrated success managing teams and driving results • Proficiency in CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms • Experience with community organizations, healthcare providers, health plans, or justice system partners is a plus • Ability and willingness to travel throughout New Mexico The Holon Way We’re not just building a better model of care—we’re building a better workplace. Senior Market/Account Manager, Hotels - Remote Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers – so they can experience all the moments that matter to them. Why this job’s a big deal: As a Senior Market/Account Manager, your key objective is to maintain and grow Priceline’s network of hotel partnerships and accommodation supply inventory through building, establishing and strengthening account relationships. As an experienced individual contributor, a Senior Market/Account Manager must demonstrate proven leadership skills and success in sales, while identifying new revenue generating opportunities and spearheading strategic initiatives. The Senior Market/Account Manager uses their knowledge of the travel industry, and their experience in sales negotiation, revenue management and data analysis, to increase revenue by optimizing Priceline’s hotel partnerships. Additionally, you will identify trends, optimize pricing, ensure content competitiveness, and use data to secure business wins that satisfy consumer demand and maximize hotel bookings on Priceline.com and Agoda.com websites. In this role you will get to: Handle a portfolio of high-value and strategic accounts; build strong hotel supplier relationships and effectively communicate Priceline and Agoda’s value proposition to grow bookings, room nights and revenue in assigned portfolio Evaluate market trends, partner performance, and competitor landscape to ensure the competitiveness of Priceline and Agoda’s products Analyze data to identify business growth opportunities; initiate and drive sound recommendations to optimize hotel partnerships within assigned portfolio Lead projects and strategic growth initiatives to positively impact the overall performance of Priceline and Agoda Conduct ongoing reviews of production with hotel accounts and present strategic recommendations to optimize Priceline and Agoda accommodation availability, content competitiveness and hotel performance, using a consultative approach Prioritize, plan and implement effectively to meet/exceed defined targets and goals Identify, prioritize, negotiate, contract and onboard non-participating hotels, ensuring favorable terms and conditions Research and troubleshoot pricing and availability competitiveness issues preventing hotels from optimizing booking performance Educate and train hotel partners on Priceline and Agoda systems, tools, programs and reporting Build effective internal partnerships by collaborating across business units to implement growth initiatives and drive market strategy Prepare presentations and materials to present at both external and internal meetings Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders in developing effective and scalable solutions to improve reporting, processes and operational efficiencies Represent Priceline in the local market, participate in industry organizations and events, and build Priceline’s presence by developing relationships with key decision makers at hotels, technology partners and other relevant partners Who you are: The salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000. #LI-EH1 #LI-Hybrid Who we are WE ARE PRICELINE.
