Fabricator Partnerships Manager (Stone Fabrication Industry) — Remote

Location Remote (U.S.) Travel required: ~30–50% to countertop fabrication shops, customer markets, and industry events About FreePower FreePower is a fast-growing technology company delivering industry-leading wireless charging solutions designed specifically for countertop integration . Our products are used across residential, hospitality, and commercial environments and are transforming how power is embedded into stone surfaces. As we scale, FreePower is investing in a fabricator-first go-to-market strategy focused on countertop and stone fabrication businesses. Role Overview This role is designed for sales professionals who have sold capital equipment or advanced technology to countertop and stone fabrication shops and already have trusted relationships with fabricator ownership and leadership. You are not selling machines. You are leveraging your existing credibility with fabricators to help them adopt, sell, and profit from FreePower as a value-added technology in their countertop business. This role owns the fabricator partnership lifecycle: recruitment, certification, enablement, and long-term revenue success. Key Responsibilities Own relationships with countertop and stone fabrication shops (small, mid-size, and large) nationwide Recruit fabricators into the FreePower partner ecosystem Lead certification and onboarding for fabricator leadership and sales teams Work directly with owners, GMs, and sales managers — not just shop-floor contacts Enable fabricators to confidently pitch and sell FreePower to builders, designers, and homeowners Support shops post-sale to ensure proper installation alignment and strong sell-through Help fabricators position FreePower as a revenue-generating differentiator , not a gadget Advise on pricing, margin positioning, and sales workflow integration Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine fabricator-facing tools and training Represent FreePower during shop visits, demos, private trainings, and industry events Track partner health, certification status, and performance in HubSpot CRM What Success Looks Like Fabricators actively including FreePower in their sales process Certified shops consistently closing projects with FreePower integrated Repeat orders and strong advocacy from fabricator partners Measurable incremental revenue generated inside partner shops Required Experience & Background 5+ years selling capital equipment or technology to countertop / stone fabrication shops Experience selling CNCs, saws, polishers, or fabrication equipment from manufacturers such as Park Industries, Northwood, Baca, or similar Existing relationships with fabricator owners and leadership teams Strong understanding of how countertop fabrication businesses operate and make money Comfortable with long sales cycles, demos, and post-sale enablement CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Willingness to travel extensively
