Als (Junior) Product Manager (Learning Experience) für den Kurs “Payroll & Digitale Lohnbuchhaltung mit DATEV” bist du gemeinsam mit dem Dozierenden für dieses Modulthema in unserer Academy verantwortlich. Dein Ziel ist es, unseren Teilnehmenden eine optimale Learning Experience zu bieten und sie professionell durch den Kurs zu begleiten, um ihnen ein erfolgreiches Bestehen der Weiterbildung zu ermöglichen. Hierzu gehören folgende detaillierte Aufgaben: - Kurserstellung (Inhalte, Übungen, Tests) gemeinsam mit dem Dozierenden - Einzelsessions mit den Teilnehmenden zu fachlichen Fragen - Halten von Skill-Tutorings - Abnahme/Bewertung von Abschlussprüfungen - Aufgabenkontrolle und -bewertung - Update der Kursunterlagen und Optimierung des Kurses - Erstellung von neuen Übungen - Koordination von Sessions und Terminen - Support der Plattform-Produktmanager bei Kursupdates auf unserer Lernplattform Qualifications - Mindestens 1-2 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und/oder Finanzbuchhaltung - Digital immer up to date und Freude daran, neue Technologien und (KI-) Tools in den Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren - Gut bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV - Erste Erfahrung in der Wissensvermittlung, z.
