WHOOP is seeking a Sports and Talent Marketing Specialist based in Ireland to build and nurture key relationships with a global roster of athletes and talent. You will be instrumental in shaping WHOOP’s brand presence through influential talent partnerships and cross-functional marketing initiatives. This role plays a critical part in expanding WHOOP’s visibility, authenticity, and credibility across global sports and culture. The successful candidate must be based in Ireland and should be prepared to travel as needed for the role. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day relationships with WHOOP athletes, talent and their representatives, delivering an exceptional partnership experience. - Coordinate athlete onboarding, product fulfilment, gifting and ongoing account management to ensure partners are fully supported throughout their relationship with WHOOP. - Execute marketing campaigns and partnership activations around key sporting and cultural moments in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Support the management of athlete and talent agreements by tracking contractual deliverables, timelines and approvals in partnership with internal stakeholders. - Work closely with Creative, Social, PR, Performance Science and Brand teams to develop athlete-led content, campaigns and storytelling opportunities. - Prepare creative briefs and coordinate campaign assets across multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. - Partner with Country Marketing teams to activate global athletes across regional initiatives and maintain an up-to-date calendar of key sporting events, campaigns and partnership opportunities. - Support the planning and execution of athlete appearances, content shoots, events and experiential activations, including logistics and on-site partner management. - Maintain partnership trackers, reporting and internal documentation while continuously improving operational processes across the Sports + Talent team. - Represent WHOOP professionally at events, productions and partner activations, with willingness to travel and occasionally work evenings and weekends around major sporting moments. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in sports marketing, talent partnerships, brand marketing, or entertainment at a global or consumer-facing brand. - Proven experience building and managing relationships with athletes, talent, agencies or partner organisations. - Strong understanding of the global sports, entertainment, and cultural landscape. - Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through execution. - Familiarity with partnership agreements, deliverable tracking and partnership operations. - Proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel internationally and support occasional evening and weekend events. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work, ensuring AI-assisted output meets the same high standards as personal contributions.
