The Business Analyst (BA) partners with business leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams to define, analyze, and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Business Analysis & System Insight - Collaborate with business leadership, stakeholders, and users to define and document requirements, objectives, and success metrics. - Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable solutions and specifications. - Ensure solutions and documentation meet business needs, including supporting user stories, use cases, and system updates Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with business leadership and teams to refine backlog, prioritize work, and support story creation. - Facilitate clear communication, consensus-building, and alignment among stakeholders, clients, and technical staff. - Foster trust and act as a liaison to ensure shared delivery goals across teams. Product Delivery & Continuous Improvement - Develop a deep understanding of system functionality and business rules to support both project work and operational activities. - Resolve support issues, drive process and product improvements, and leverage tools and technology to enhance analysis and delivery efficiency. Qualifications - Experience: Proven background as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Operational Analyst, or similar role. - Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities; technical proficiency in SQL, data analysis, diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio), and test management platforms is a plus. - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Bridge the gap between ABMC stakeholders and technical development teams by driving requirements analysis, backlog development, and functional design for enterprise business applications. • Facilitate requirements workshops and backlog grooming sessions with designated ABMC business owners and subject matter experts. • Develop and maintain the comprehensive Application Inventory, documenting source/target systems, data flows, and owners for OAI-PMH and RESTful API integrations. • Draft detailed requirements summaries, functional designs, test plans, and release notes for all application changes. • Ensure requirement traceability from approved backlog items through to the final technical release. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and track defect remediation. • Update application documentation and training materials, ensuring strict adherence to Section 508 accessibility standards.

• Build and maintain relationships with junior ‑ to mid ‑ level advertising agency and media publisher partners across engagements within Circana’s solution suite • Execute analyses and perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on Circana data to generate insights and recommendations for clients • Independently manage and execute workflows across targeting, optimization, measurement, and clean room processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery • Support client needs with responsiveness and efficiency, demonstrating strong critical ‑ thinking and problem ‑ solving skills, as well as a commitment to quality and exceptional client service • Collaborate cross ‑ functionally with internal Circana teams to deliver client solutions and proactively identify and resolve client issues

• Support workforce planning, staffing alignment, forecasting, and resource management activities across accounts, functional teams, and project delivery organizations. • Analyze workforce demand, staffing projections, utilization, billability, and resource allocation to provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Identify staffing gaps, fulfillment risks, and resource constraints; partner with leaders to implement solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, account stakeholders, and supplier partners to align workforce supply with business demand and staffing priorities.
