Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, project management, delivery operations, or related business disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, reporting, and PivotTables.
