• Als Sales Manager übernimmst du eine entscheidende Rolle beim Ausbau des österreichischen Marktes. • Du arbeitest mit viel Eigenverantwortung, gestaltest dein Vertriebsgebiet aktiv mit und verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebsprozess von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss. • Business Development: Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und kontinuierlicher Ausbau des Vertriebsgebiets in Westösterreich. • Neukundenakquise: Eigenständige Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Kunden im Bau, Infrastruktur und erneuerbare Energie. • Sales Cycle: Verantwortung für den gesamten Vertriebsprozess vom Erstkontakt über die Beratung bis zum Vertragsabschluss. • Leadgenerierung: Recherche potenzieller Kunden über LinkedIn, Online Kanäle sowie persönliche Besuche und aktive Kaltakquise vor Ort. • Kundenberatung: Analyse individueller Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender Sicherheitslösungen gemeinsam mit den Kunden. • Projektübergabe: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Project Management und strukturierte Übergabe der gewonnenen Projekte nach Vertragsabschluss.
Job Requirements
- Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Business Development, idealerweise im B2B Umfeld.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Management.
- Erfahrung in der Neukundenakquise und Freude daran, aktiv auf potenzielle Kunden zuzugehen.
- Einen Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets sowie Spaß an persönlichen Kundenterminen.
- Eigenständige, motivierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten.
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung oder ein bestehendes Netzwerk in den Bereichen Bau, Infrastruktur oder erneuerbare Energien.
