Role Description On behalf of our partner, we are seeking an experienced, performance-driven Team Lead to head their Portuguese-language sales team—their most profitable and strategically important market. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of your team's commercial performance, coach agents to success, and drive continuous improvement through data, accountability, and daily performance management. You will lead, inspire, and manage a team of up to 15 Sales Agents focused on customer conversion, deposits, and retention-driven sales activities. Your Mission: Turn potential into performance. You'll be the driving force behind a high-energy team, ensuring they don't just meet their targets, but consistently exceed them.
