IFS Projects Consultant

• Support and resolve IFS Projects module cases across Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Execution, Project Time and Cost Reporting, Multi-Company Project Reporting (MCPR), Reporting for Contractors, Project Conclusion, Subcontract Management, Sales Contract Management, Project Invoicing, Contract Change Management, and Risk and Indemnity Management • Manage end-to-end lifecycle for the project module, including project structures, phases, milestones, and cost elements • Support CRIM configuration and the CRIM development workstream, including data setup and UAT coordination • Assist with financial project data repairs and period-end project close activities • Document case resolutions and produce clear client-facing case updates • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities in project processes

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on IFS Projects module experience (implementation or support)
  • Strong working knowledge of IFS project costing, budgeting, and deliverable management
  • Excellent written English for client-facing documentation
  • Customer/client support experience in a live, ticketed environment
  • Based in Australia with unrestricted right to work; comfortable with a fully remote, occasionally travelling role
  • Experience with CRIM or project revenue recognition
  • IFS Cloud or IFS Applications 9/10 experience (Cloud strongly preferred)

Role Description The Programme Specialist, Humanitarian Coordination and Gender-Based Violence will assume overall responsibility for ensuring effective and efficient coordination, and programmatic and operational leadership to UNFPA humanitarian programming in Myanmar. The incumbent will manage a team that will ensure the provision of quality Gender Based Violence (GBV) services and GBV prevention. - Work with the Team Lead, SRH, to promote access and availability to quality SRH services and response during emergencies and through early recovery phases. - Represent UNFPA during implementing partner, donor, and inter-agency meetings. - Ensure strategic vision, rational decision-making, and collaborative partnerships are prioritized. - Oversee the provision of technical support and institutional and programmatic capacity building to partners. - Support UNFPA to develop strengthened capacities to formulate and implement multi-sectoral, rights-based interventions that prevent and mitigate the impact of gender-based violence. Qualifications - Advanced University degree in Humanitarian Assistance, Gender Studies, Social Work or other Social Sciences, Public/Community health, Law or other related discipline. - Seven (7) years of increasingly responsible relevant professional experience, including experience on GBV related coordination, programme management, and liaising with relevant project partners. - Demonstrated experience working on gender issues in development, particularly Humanitarian Coordination, GBV, and implementing UNSC resolutions on Women Peace and Security. - Knowledge of sexual reproductive health and rights and protection issues across the development-humanitarian- and peace-building nexus. - Prior training in gender and GBV issues and their application in humanitarian, conflict, recovery and development settings. - Field experience in complex emergencies, including humanitarian emergency response, is considered an asset. - Excellent written and verbal skills in English are required. Role Description We are seeking a RHEL Engineer to provide technical expertise and advisory services supporting a leading financial services customer with the deployment, hardening, and operations of RHEL10 from previous RHEL versions. In this role, you will lead the strategy, automation, and execution of RHEL in-place upgrades, ensuring a standardized, repeatable, and scalable transition for an enterprise environment. You will act as the technical lead, bridging the gap between current state architecture and a modern, automated upgrade workflow. Work Hours: EMEA based hours (6pm - 1am EST) Key Responsibilities - Strategy & Architecture Design: - Conduct solutions design sessions to identify current upgrade pain points. - Assist the Customer with designing and documenting future state upgrade processes. - Automation & Execution: - Orchestrate and communicate the in-place upgrade plan to relevant stakeholders. - Develop and refine automation playbooks for snapshot, upgrade, rollback, and upgrade commit tasks. - Add RHEL IPU (In-place Upgrade) Job Templates to AAP. - Execute the upgrade workflow and troubleshoot alongside Red Hat Engineering teams. - Refine automation processes to support diverse system types across the infrastructure. - Validation & Documentation: - Develop procedures to validate application hosts before and after the in-place upgrade process. - Create and maintain a standard RHEL upgrade workflow (pre-analysis, remediation, snapshot, validation, rollback, and commit). - Build a knowledge-base for the in-place upgrade process for internal release. - Technical Oversight & Facilitation: - Facilitate workshops to fill technical knowledge gaps and capture upgrade dependencies. - Identify beta users and test/validate the upgrade process at scale. - Provide weekly status reports to the Red Hat Project Manager to ensure transparency on project status, risks, and decision-making. Qualifications - Proven experience with RHEL deployment, hardening, and operations. - Strong proficiency in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and building automation workflows. - Hands-on experience with Leapp for RHEL in-place upgrades. - Ability to facilitate technical workshops and lead architectural decision-making. - Experience in creating technical documentation and knowledge-base assets. - Strong troubleshooting capabilities, including coordination with vendor engineering teams. - Experience in managing technical scope and communicating progress to executive stakeholders.
