Role Description We are looking for experienced language specialists to review, refine, and validate AI translation prompts for attraction and travel content. This is not a traditional translation role; the focus is on optimizing AI-generated translations. You’ll review, test, and refine language prompts to ensure the output meets the standards of naturalness, fluency, and cultural relevance. Key Responsibilities - Review pre-written prompt instructions for tone, grammar, proper name handling, and measurements. - Add language-specific grammar or stylistic notes to enhance prompt accuracy. - Translate product-specific terms (e.g., “skip-the-line,” “hop-on hop-off,” etc.) and cross-check against approved glossaries. - Proofread bilingual example descriptions for accuracy and readability. - Run sample attraction descriptions through GPT-4.O, evaluate output, and refine prompts as needed. - Identify and flag issues that cannot be resolved through prompt tuning. Requirements - Native or near Native level of proficiency in Arabic (Saudi Arabia), with an ability to assess naturalness and fluency for local audiences. - Strong English comprehension to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively. - Professional experience in localization, translation QA, language review, or similar fields. - Comfort with AI tools, specifically GPT-4o, with experience evaluating AI output critically. Preferred Qualifications - Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality content to quickly grasp terminology and tone expectations. - Ability to articulate grammar rules and stylistic preferences, providing clear written instructions for AI models. - Experience with terminology management or style guides for maintaining consistency and quality. - QA or review experience, with a sharp eye for errors, omissions, and register. • Manages SEO, CRO, and content services for all assigned accounts, including meeting all service-level agreements • Conducts phone and face-to-face consultation, reporting, and training with clients • Delivers presentations and educates clients on SEO, CRO, and content, including best practices • Provides recommendations for better results and manages client communications during project execution • Analyzes data trends and organic performance, develops strategic SEO plans, and executes SEO activities to achieve high visibility in search results • Conducts thorough keyword research and ideates, presents, and tickets out content according to engagement level and delivers actionable insights

• Looking for hands-on experience in search and content marketing? • The SEO Sherpa internship is a 12-week fast-start into a search engine marketing career. • You’ll get to learn, grow, and develop your skills in all aspects of search engine marketing, from pay-per-click advertising to organic SEO, and content marketing to conversion rate optimization (CRO) and overall account management of campaigns with various budgets. • The program will inspire, educate, and prepare you to succeed in an entry-level role at SEO Sherpa and beyond. • The program covers SEO fundamentals, managing campaigns, client interaction, keyword research, content strategies, technical SEO, and link building. • After six weeks of training, selected interns will work on real client projects for another six weeks.

• Build and drive data-driven SEO programs, including semantic and internal linking, technical optimization, and content strategy, with a focus on new-user acquisition and GMV growth. • Go deep on technical and onsite SEO. • Use GSC, GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog to back every decision, and measure success in terms of business outcomes - GMV and revenue impact. • Set your own quarterly goals and manage your own time and priorities, with regular sync check-ins to keep your lead aligned on progress and direction. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content & Localization, the Offsite SEO team, and DevOps - to align on strategy, budget, and site-structure implementation. • Think in the long term: this is a 2–5 year strategic effort, not a short-term project, so you'll be expected to define durable, long-term action points alongside near-term execution.
