Role Description Artivion is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and support our expanding business across Vietnam. This role is responsible for achieving business objectives, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering high-quality clinical support for our cardiac and aortic product portfolio. This is a fully remote position based in Vietnam and requires extensive travel across the territory. - Achieve territory revenue goals and business objectives - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, distributors, and decision-makers - Deliver customer and distributor training programs - Identify market development and tender opportunities - Support workshops, seminars, and clinical education initiatives - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Distributor teams - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Provide clinical support and maintain a patient-focused approach Qualifications - 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in the cardiac device industry - Cardiac surgery product sales experience preferred - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field preferred - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated and organized - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam
