• Provide scientific information, present and promote the relevant AbbVie products to private practice specialists and hospital-based specialists • Target-group-oriented presentation and promotion of our products in line with the established brand strategy • Design, organize and conduct continuing medical education events and represent the company at regional and national events • Continuous market analysis based on available data with regard to sales development of our product as well as competitors' • Identify opportunities and critical developments and derive the corresponding strategic activities for targeting and account plans • Develop, coordinate and implement a territory plan within the in-field team • Collect market intelligence and customer insights and determine the customer's position in the sales cycle • Regular communication with your regional manager, colleagues and other cross-functional areas, promoting a constant exchange of experience and ideas • Proactive and continuous commitment to meeting customer needs • Professional reporting: timely and proper completion of all administrative tasks • Compliance with all applicable role requirements as well as legal and regulatory obligations
Job Requirements
- University degree in a natural science
- Pharmaceutical representative training or required expertise in accordance with §75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz)
- Successful field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to present complex scientific contexts appropriately for the target audience and to discuss them with different customer groups
- Strong persuasive skills and a results-oriented personality with excellent communication abilities
- High level of agility and motivation to pursue and achieve goals
- Strong digital competence and analytical skills combined with creativity
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to succeed, including commitment to personal development within the company
- Flexibility, willingness to engage and team spirit
- Very good written and spoken English
