As a Client Account Manager, in our French Luxury Team, you will be in charge of driving a sophisticated book of business of large brands in the French market. We’re looking for an experienced self-driven Client Account Manager to help our most strategic partners successfully grow their business through Pinterest. You’ll work directly with some of our key advertisers and agencies as a trusted consultant to their business. Your strategic advice, sales skills & coaching are core to bringing to life the value we deliver as a platform. If this sounds like fun, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: - Build and nurture relationships with our partners, proactively reaching out regarding campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities. - Ensure that partner objectives and requirements are met by liaising between them and internal teams (Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, etc.). - Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed. - Own the “how” conversation with advertisers—advising on media strategies across targeting, bidding models, creative, measurement, and more. - Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices, enabling yourself to be the go-to resource for performance-related opportunities. Ensure campaign setup is optimal, interpret and communicate results clearly, and help partners see impact. Identify and deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities that contribute to exceeding revenue targets. - Understand complex processes and products, and distill them into digestible guidance for partners. Provide expertise on products, services, and best practices. Stay highly knowledgeable about relevant Pinterest ad product features, clearly explain their benefits, and maintain fluency on the evolving product roadmap. Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related questions or challenges. - Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale. What We’re Looking For: - Digital advertising sales experience, managing high-value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas, and owning client communication. - Track record of compelling, data-backed storytelling and recommendations. - Expert in managing forecasts and achieving goals. - Strong communication skills—in person, on the phone, and via email. - A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical teams. - Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and platform/product knowledge. - Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Relocation Statement: - This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model. In-Office Requirement Statement: - We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. - This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Dublin office. #LI-HYBRID #LI-PS1 At Pinterest we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee.
