We are seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics to lead our analytics function and support data-driven decision-making across the business. Reporting to our Head of Data & Analytics, this role will manage a team of analysts and work closely with stakeholders across Growth Marketing, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Experience, and more. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a leader who is passionate about uncovering insights, optimizing performance, and building a scalable analytics function. What You’ll Do: Lead and grow the analytics team, providing coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to develop high-performing analysts Own analytics strategy for multiple functions—Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and CX—focused on revenue growth, retention, and operational efficiency Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into analytical frameworks and clear KPIs Develop and champion a data-driven culture, ensuring high-quality, accessible insights are embedded into daily decision-making Guide cross-functional efforts to evolve our BI reporting infrastructure in Looker and other tools, prioritizing automation, usability, and scalability Oversee cohort and funnel analysis, experimentation design, and predictive modeling efforts to uncover key growth levers Drive roadmap prioritization for analytics initiatives and communicate impact clearly to executive stakeholders Collaborate with Data Engineering on model development, data hygiene, and metric governance Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques to elevate the analytics function and bring innovative solutions to the business Who You Are: Some Benefits and Perks of Working At Pair: Health, vision and dental insurance Generous vacation policies Competitive salaries with equity opportunities Retirement savings plan options Free eyewear (plus discounts for family and friends) At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. Job Requirements
- Proven leader with experience managing analytics professionals and building strong cross-functional relationships
- Thoughtful communicator who can influence at all levels of the organization and make complex data easy to understand
- Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution
- Naturally curious, highly analytical, and motivated by uncovering new insights and driving real business outcomes
- Passionate about building scalable systems and processes that improve decision-making across the business
- Need to Have:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 2+ years managing a team
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and CTEs
- Experience working with modern data warehouse environments such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Familiarity with ELT and data modeling concepts (dbt, Stitch or similar tools)
- Background in eCommerce, CPG, or operational analytics (marketing, supply chain, S&OP, or manufacturing)
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with LookML
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics or modeling
- Prior experience at a high-growth DTC brand
