Title: Recruiter (Hybrid – Leesburg, VA) Location: Leesburg, VA Job Description: The Building People, LLC is seeking a proactive, results-driven Recruiter to join our growing Human Capital team in Leesburg, VA. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete full lifecycle recruitment process from job requisition through candidate onboarding, maintaining precise records at every stage. - Partner with Senior Management and hiring managers to identify vacancy requirements, define role qualifications, and develop compelling, accurate vacancy announcements. - Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using diverse online platforms, professional networks, social media, and industry-specific channels to build strong candidate pipelines. - Conduct thorough initial candidate screenings, evaluate qualifications against position requirements, and facilitate structured follow-up interviews with hiring managers. - Manage all job postings, including timely opening, accurate maintenance, closing, and archiving of vacancy announcements. - Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor practices, and evolving recruitment standards within government contracting, facilities management, real estate, smart buildings, and technology sectors. - Support proposal and capture efforts by identifying and recruiting key personnel to meet solicitation requirements, securing letters of intent (LOIs) or contingent commitments from named candidates ahead of proposal submission deadlines. - Perform proactive outreach activities across social media, professional organizations, and industry associations to attract passive candidates. - Build and sustain long-term candidate pipelines in anticipation of future organizational needs, maintaining relationships with top talent even in the absence of an immediate opening. - Simultaneously manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships with precision and without compromising quality or accuracy. - Represent The Building People's mission and values with enthusiasm and professionalism throughout every stage of the recruitment process. Required Qualifications - 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2–3 years recruiting in a government contracting environment. - Demonstrated experience recruiting for positions in facilities management, professional services, real estate, smart buildings, or technology. - Proven track record of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with the resourcefulness to overcome sourcing and pipeline challenges. - Experience recruiting in support of proposals and captures, including sourcing key/named personnel against solicitation requirements and obtaining letters of intent or contingent offer acceptances. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience working directly with multiple hiring managers and Senior Management to define and execute recruitment strategies. - Experience recruiting candidates across multiple geographies throughout the United States. - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; experience with Hirebridge ATS or comparable platforms strongly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to source candidates effectively through creative methods. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders with professionalism and clarity. - Ability to build lasting relationships and convey The Building People's principles and mission with genuine enthusiasm in both in-person and virtual recruiting environments. - Flexibility and composure in managing shifting priorities in response to evolving business needs. Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field required. Equivalent professional experience in federal government contracting recruitment may be considered in lieu of degree.

Role Description Korn Ferry is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator.
