You will collaborate across product and domain teams to define requirements, translate needs into actionable specifications, validate solutions, and drive continuous improvement for investment technology products supporting portfolio management, research, and trading. Rate: $45.00 to $50.00/hr. w2 JN -062026-107570 Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business and system requirements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Diagram current workflows and identify optimization opportunities. - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and demos to align business and technical teams. - Support testing and user acceptance to confirm solutions meet requirements. - Interpret data to support decision-making and validate assumptions. - Maintain clear documentation and standards for requirements, processes, and system changes. - Recommend enhancements to new and existing systems and processes based on performance metrics and feedback. Experience Requirements: - 3 to 5+ years as an IT Systems Analyst. - Thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies. - Experience in systems integration and testing. - Proficiency with SQL and Excel for data analysis. - Ability to work with all levels of an organization and communicate effectively. - Experience writing user and system stories with accurate technical documentation. - Effective problem solver with root cause focus. - Prior financial services experience preferred; exposure to asset management, trading, and compliance is a plus. - Wireframing skills using Figma, Sketch, or MS Office tools. We're seeking a Credit Risk Analyst who will be part of our growing Portfolio Management Group. You will handle credit coverage for clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector for investment grade, non-investment grade public, and privately owned corporate borrowers. You'll prepare detailed credit analyses and the required credit applications which include the evaluation of corporate, regulatory and industry risk, historical operating performance, projected operating performance, and capital structure. As an Analyst you'll assess risk factors associated with each credit and determine the appropriate risk ratings based on established policies and guidelines. You will support active credit management and new transaction underwriting utilizing solid credit and analytical skills, analyzing risks and mitigants, including monitoring credits for potential upgrades, downgrades or general credit deterioration with the goal of maximizing the bank's net income while minimizing credit costs.
