Role Description Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Product Line Manager - Bolted Framing. This is a remote role for candidates currently residing in the United States, preferably for our Highland, IL facility. Relocation is provided within the United States. Up to 25% travel is required. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. The Product line management role has responsibility to develop and execute strategic initiatives in North America that support growth and profitability of bolted framing products. These initiatives will include: - Product innovation - Commercial programs (focused on agents, distribution, contractors) - Operational & sourcing improvements - Improved services & tools - Cost savings initiatives through stage-gate projects This role directly supports the sales team and manages pricing for the product lines. The total revenue (including international sales) for Bolted Framing is $300M - $320M, with manufacturing locations in the United States (Highland, IL and Reno, NV) as well as international contract manufacturing.
