• Develop creative concepts and testing strategies across paid social channels • Create clear, actionable briefs for designers, editors, creators, and production partners • Analyze creative performance and translate key learnings into new concepts and iterations • Partner with Growth and Paid Media to align creative priorities with acquisition goals • Maintain a structured testing roadmap across messaging, hooks, formats, audiences, and offers • Research customer insights, competitive creative, platform trends, and cultural moments to identify new opportunities • Manage creative timelines and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality assets
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, paid social, or a related role at a DTC brand or agency
- Strong understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative best practices
- Experience using performance data and customer insights to inform creative strategy
- Strong visual and narrative judgment across short-form video, static, UGC, and other paid social formats
- Experience writing briefs and providing clear, actionable feedback to creative partners
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack
