• Proactively prospect companies with hiring needs across different industries and regions of Brazil. • Map decision-makers (HR, managers, directors) and identify recruitment and selection opportunities. • Reach out to leads via phone, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other outbound and inbound strategies. • Qualify opportunities by understanding pain points, urgency, vacancy volume and desired candidate profile. • Schedule meetings for the closer. • Build and manage your own portfolio of prospects and qualified leads. • Update the CRM with activities, pipeline and opportunity status. • Monitor the market, competitors and hiring trends. • Work toward targets for lead generation, qualified meetings and conversion into commercial opportunities. • Support the company's commercial growth and expansion strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in B2B prospecting, consultative selling or as an SDR/BDR.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems and prospecting tools.
  • Organization, discipline and pipeline management skills.
  • Availability to work remotely in a commercial/sales capacity.
  • Must have a laptop.

  • Experience in outbound sales and social selling.
