If you thrive in a target-driven environment and are confident in your ability to close deals, we’d love to hear from you. - Identify and research potential corporate clients and strategic partners. - Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other channels. - Reach out to HR leaders, L&D professionals, founders, and decision-makers. - Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand client training requirements. - Present Aira EdTech’s AI-powered corporate training solutions and e-learning programs. - Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and support contract closures. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. - Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to business growth. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, EdTech, SaaS, or a related field. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach is an added advantage.
