Account Manager
Litify
• Manage a portfolio of existing Litify clients to ensure retention and satisfaction • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with Litify solutions • Own and execute renewal motions, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders • Consult, educate, and strategize with clients to help grow their business using Litify • Engage in business reviews, and strategic check-ins to drive value • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets tied to renewals and expansions • Stay up to date on Litify platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to inform your client recommendations • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Support and Product & Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership success.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- At least 2-5 years experience in a SaaS account management or customer-facing role
- Strong sales instincts and ability to build trusted client relationships
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience presenting to and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
- Experience in the legal industry or selling to law firms, corporate legal departments, or government entities is a plus
- Comfortable with commercial negotiation and willingness to refine selling style as needed.
