• Serve as the technical reference for indirect taxes, including ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS and withholding taxes. • Configure and maintain tax settings within ERP systems, ensuring compliance with applicable tax legislation. • Lead and support system implementations, enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Validate tax rules related to electronic documents, including NF-e, NFS-e and CT-e. • Support initiatives to implement, update and optimize ERP and tax systems. • Act as a liaison between IT, Accounting, Operations and external consulting firms. • Assess the impact of legislative changes on systems and business processes. • Support internal and external audits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid experience in Brazilian indirect taxation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS-ST, CSRF, INSS, ISS, IRRF, CIDE).
- Hands-on experience with Mastersaf / TaxOne and SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), especially modules with tax interfaces.
- Experience in ERP implementation, migration or restructuring.
- Experience with system testing, scenario design and validation of tax rules.
- Knowledge of tax compliance obligations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with global corporate support teams.
- Continuous monitoring of regulatory changes, including developments related to the Brazilian Tax Reform.
