Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in sales, with a demonstrable record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the Durable Medical Equipment Industry and its related products/services is preferred, but exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds will also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, present compelling sales pitches and negotiate effectively.
- Natural ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in response to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
