The Field CTO is a C-suite-caliber technology executive who operates as a peer to the CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs of our Fortune 500 customers and a credible presence in their boardrooms. - Shape how the world's largest enterprises adopt agentic AI and automation at scale. - Translate Workato's platform vision into boardroom-ready strategy. - Influence executive committees and bring field intelligence back to inform Workato's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. - Build trusted executive relationships and influence strategic customer outcomes. - Accelerate enterprise platform adoption and position Workato as the category leader in enterprise AI and automation. What You'll Own - Trusted Advisor to the C-Suite: Serve as the senior technology counterpart to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Boards at our top strategic accounts. - Boardroom Engagement: Present to customer Boards and executive committees on AI execution strategy, agentic operating models, governance, and the economics of enterprise automation. - Strategic Deal Acceleration: Partner with Sales leadership on Workato's largest, most strategic, and most complex enterprise pursuits. - Transformation Strategy: Advise customers on enterprise AI adoption, intelligent automation, modern integration architecture, governance models, and organizational readiness. - Voice of the Market: Serve as a primary spokesperson at industry events, analyst briefings, executive forums, and customer advisory councils. - Product & Strategy Influence: Translate field signals into direct input to the CEO, CPO, CTO, and Product organization on roadmap priorities. - Field Enablement: Coach Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales leadership on executive engagement and strategic technology positioning. Qualifications - Enterprise Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Chief Technology Officer (CTO) experience at a Fortune 500 / Global 2000 organization. - Commercial experience on either side of the table, preferably with executive-level experience at an enterprise software vendor. - 15+ years of senior technology leadership, including 5+ years at the C-suite or equivalent executive level. - Deep fluency in enterprise integration architecture, AI and agentic systems, data platforms, cloud architecture, and the modern enterprise application ecosystem. - Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation with measurable business outcomes. - A compelling storyteller and communicator, with executive presence proven through Board work and public speaking. - Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing without formal authority. - Naturally curious and commercially minded, energized by helping customers solve complex strategic challenges. Requirements - Approximately 60% travel to customer sites, executive briefing centers, industry events, and Workato headquarters. - Remote, based anywhere in the United States (proximity to a major airport hub strongly preferred). What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you are a trusted advisor to Workato's most strategic customers, leading executive strategy engagements, shaping transformational AI and automation initiatives, and influencing the direction of major enterprise opportunities. What We Offer - A platform-defining role at the most strategic moment in enterprise software in a generation. - Direct visibility to and influence with Workato’s CEO and executive team. - Compensation commensurate with C-suite executive talent - competitive base, performance incentives, and meaningful equity. - The opportunity to shape the category that will define how the Fortune 500 operates for the next decade.

Role Description Grüns is looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead the incredible team that brings new products, flavors, and formulations to market and to define the next chapter of what we build. Reporting to our CEO and overseeing the R&D, Science & Regulatory, and Product Development functions, you'll be the driving force behind what Grüns brings to market next. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL. In this role, you will: - Lead a best-in-class product team, ensuring each function delivers the highest-quality work and outcomes. - Drive innovation strategy through the right product innovation roadmap, identifying emerging categories, ingredients, and consumer opportunities. - Champion bold, evidence-backed innovation while building the right process to bring ideas to market efficiently through our in-house R&D capabilities. - Create industry-leading, science-backed formulations by ensuring everything we create is efficacious, compliant, and defensible. - Set the bar for how we use clinical evidence, ingredient science, and regulatory strategy as a competitive advantage. - Partner cross-functionally to deliver winning go-to-market strategies that translate product innovation into business results. - Bring a commercial lens to every launch decision. - Build for quality and scale by ensuring that quality, consistency, supply chain resilience, and process efficiency are core to how we develop and launch products. Requirements - You thrive in a fast-moving, resource-efficient environment where speed and creativity matter as much as rigor. - You build systems, not just solutions. When something breaks, you fix it and solve at the root. - You measure excellence in the impact your team delivers to the business vs. in busyness or tasks completed. - You strive to be the best at what you do and encourage your team to do the same. - You’re leveraging AI in unique ways to augment or accelerate quality of formulations and speed to market. Benefits - Competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $350,000 plus incentive compensation. - Comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of our team. - Strong benefits coverage for you and your family. - Generous PTO. - Free Grüns subscriptions. - Additional perks centered around health and well-being.
