• Develop, maintain and evolve internal products, with a primary focus on Backend, ensuring stability, performance and technical quality. • Actively investigate and resolve bugs and incidents, using an analytical and pragmatic approach. • Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations between internal and external systems. • Work with databases, performing data organization, processing and data preparation activities when necessary. • Serve as a Full Stack Developer with greater depth in Backend, using Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend. • Occasionally handle Frontend tasks, especially integrations with the Backend and maintenance-related adjustments. • Contribute to architectural decisions, proposing scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with business needs. • Develop, test, document, deploy and monitor solutions, following software engineering best practices. • Participate actively in Code Reviews and Pair Programming, promoting quality, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participating in agile ceremonies, product decisions and proposing technical improvements. • Show openness and interest in learning new technologies as the products and the company’s technology ecosystem evolve.

• Software development: Design and implementation of maintainable, well-tested backend services and full-stack applications with a strong focus on Clean Code, TDD and clean architecture • AI application design: Development of business-specific AI applications based on existing large language models (LLMs) • System and data integration: Integration of existing AI models and services into existing systems and workflows • API development: Designing, documenting and delivering clean APIs for communication between AI and other software components • Testing and validation: Building automated tests and CI/CD pipelines as well as continuously evaluating and improving software components and RAG pipelines

• You are the technical point of contact in the development team: you actively code, make technical decisions in day‑to‑day work and support colleagues through technical mentoring, without having disciplinary management responsibilities. • Actively contribute as a developer during the sprint, including implementing your own features and bug fixes. • Take on more complex technical tasks and resolve architectural challenges in everyday team work. • Participate in architecture decisions within the team, for example around modularization, interfaces and security. • Actively contribute to the further development of our core systems (C#/.NET, MS SQL) toward resilient, containerized services in a Kubernetes cluster. • Consider non‑functional requirements such as observability, performance, scalability, security and deployment. • Actively help expand and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps) and establish Clean Code, code reviews and automated tests (unit & system tests) with a clear shift‑left mindset. • Contribute to shorter development cycles and more reliable deployments within the team. • Promote knowledge sharing instead of siloed expertise: ensure that knowledge is accessible across the team, documented and not bound to individual persons. • Work on structured, understandable and up‑to‑date process and system documentation. • Develop practical best‑practice guides and technical standards with a focus on quality and efficiency. • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers in the areas of architecture, Clean Code and systems thinking, without disciplinary responsibility. • Support onboarding of new team members through technical input and knowledge transfer. • Encourage continuous learning and constructive technical exchange within the team. • Closely coordinate with the Engineering Manager on technical questions and the team’s technical direction.
