• Own and operate our Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS production, bare-metal K3s for ML training, on-premises appliances running K3s) using GitOps (FluxCD) and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Ansible) • Manage the lifecycle of on-premises gateway appliances deployed at customer sites — VM image builds, TLS certificate automation, staged rollouts via GitOps, remote monitoring and troubleshooting • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability infrastructure (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry) across cloud and edge environments • Drive compliance automation — security hardening, access controls, audit logging, encrypted secrets management (SOPS/KMS), and evidence collection for C5, HIPAA, and HDS certifications • Support and scale ML training and data processing infrastructure — GPU cluster management, training job orchestration, and data pipeline reliability, working closely with the ML team to power state-of-the-art speech and language models • Incident response — detection, triage, resolution, and post-incident reviews for infrastructure issues.

• Own and continuously improve the revenue tech stack (HubSpot as core CRM); ensuring data quality, automation, and adoption across all GTM teams • Build and maintain revenue forecasting models, pipeline reporting, and executive dashboards that drive business decisions • Support territory planning, quota-setting, and compensation plan design, in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance. • Align GTM leadership and hold them accountable for reaching their targets and process adherence. • Drive automation across all GTM teams and enable all GTM team members to 10x the outcome of their work.
• Delight customers, optimise processes! • You own the full technical journey of our customers - from the first presales check to ongoing operations. • You’re the primary technical point of contact, bridging voize and customer IT. • By validating infrastructure, configuring secure setups, solving technical issues, and scaling deployments, you ensure a smooth experience and long-term success. • Support pre-sales calls to assess infrastructure, spot blockers, and guide evaluations. • Troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces with clarity and empathy. • Support technical scaling (e.g. growing user bases, infra changes). • Document setups and technical handoffs for smooth internal collaboration. • Flag recurring issues and contribute to internal tools, docs, or processes.
• Take full ownership of the development and technical implementation of our Android apps (Kotlin & Jetpack Compose) • Build features that genuinely make users’ lives easier, taking them from idea to launch • Work closely with the product and engineering team to turn requirements into creative and efficient solutions • Be involved in the entire development cycle: from concept and testing to user feedback

• Train the Trainer: Lead online and onsite sessions, empowering voize coaches at our clients to deliver effective training to larger groups. • Deliver dynamic training: Facilitate engaging and motivating training sessions for caregivers to activate the product quickly. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to solve onboarding challenges and provide real-time feedback. • Monitor training effectiveness: Track user adoption and revisit training for groups with low engagement. • Create and optimize training materials: Continuously update and improve training content based on feedback and onboarding friction. • Onsite visits: Conduct visits for low adoption cases to re-engage users and support them on-site.
