Senior Account Executive – Hospitality Technology
EnsembleIQ
• Lead discovery sessions with key clients and stakeholders to uncover gaps in their go-to-market strategy • Create strategic programs across the brand portfolio, including event sponsorships, digital media, custom content, and research programs • Conduct weekly consultative client meetings and deliver polished presentations to close high-value programs • Partner with internal production and execution teams to ensure client success and delivery of closed programs • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue while maintaining CRM integrity (Launchpad) • Attend key industry events to develop new business and manage existing relationships, traveling approximately 20% of the time • Maintain a deep understanding of assigned brands, audience positioning, and the competitive landscape
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of success selling B2B integrated media and event solutions to industry suppliers
- Exceptional history of exceeding sales targets and managing complex, multi-platform client relationships
- Proficient in sales performance analytics, including spreadsheet functions (pivot tables, sorting)
- Can create sales presentations
- Utilizes AI in the sales process
- Sales experience in the hotel or restaurant technology space
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and audience metrics
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and strong verbal/written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
