Qualifications - 3 ans et plus d'expérience en vente B2B SaaS full-cycle, avec un historique prouvé d'atteinte de quota. - Maîtrise de la vente consultative : tu sais poser les bonnes questions, découvrir la douleur réelle, et construire un cas d'affaires qui tient la route face à un comité d'achat. - Expérience de cycles de vente multi-intervenants impliquant des profils TI, sécurité et approvisionnement. - Discipline CRM rigoureuse — HubSpot de préférence — et aisance avec les prévisions de pipeline. - Aisance réelle avec les outils IA dans ton quotidien de vente (qualification, analyse de deals, préparation aux appels) — pas un.e débutant.e, quelqu'un qui les utilise déjà. - Atout : connaissance des environnements Microsoft 365 / SharePoint ou expérience dans l'écosystème Microsoft. - Atout : expérience dans un contexte SaaS à croissance rapide où tu as contribué à façonner le playbook, pas seulement à l'exécuter.
