Role Description As Regional Vice President – Field Sales, you will lead a high-performing regional sales team to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions to educators and students. Qualifications - You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in K12 education (preferred). - You have at least seven years of direct sales experience. - You are an experienced sales manager in education or technology. - You excel at developing and maintaining executive-level customer relationships. - You are skilled in CRM software and sales forecasting. - You are a strategic thinker with strong systems orientation. - You are a superior leader and team builder. - You have deep knowledge of educational trends and requirements. - You are highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive. - You have excellent judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills. - You are adept at leading and managing change. - You have strong business acumen and a commitment to Edmentum’s mission and values. - You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
