• Assist with monthly financial statement variance analyses comparing actual results to budgets, forecasts, and historical trends • Contribute to the Company’s rolling forecasts, annual operating plan, and long-range projections • Analyze and report on key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention) to support monthly forecasting and reporting • Calculate incentive compensation (commissions, sales bonuses) on a monthly basis and provide insights into how to streamline the process • Execute key month- and quarter-end close activities, preparing accurate reporting deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes and tools to control data integrity and alignment between systems • Identify and execute process improvements, including ways to leverage AI to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency • Support other ad hoc finance items and special projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field – accounting or finance preferred
- 1-3 years of combined experience in financial analysis or accounting
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Very high attention to detail and ownership over your work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain financial data to non-finance partners
- Ability to draw upon insights and tell a compelling story involving business metrics
- A curiosity to learn and take initiative to tackle problems independently
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

- It’s a plus if you have a Professional finance designation – CPA or MBA is preferred
- Experience working in SaaS and/or startup environment; understanding of ARR and SaaS unit economics
- Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, Aleph, and/or related softwares is preferred
- Experience using AI to automate workflows (Claude Cowork or other)
- Proficiency in financial modeling and sensitivity analysis
- Comfort working in a constantly changing environment; able to deal with ambiguity
