Job Description
Project Manager, US Provider Engagement
Massive Bio
Role Description Our US Provider Engagement team works in the field with oncologists, hematologists, and community practices to drive awareness, referrals, and enrollment into clinical trials. We are hiring a Project Manager to be the operational backbone of this team: the person who analyzes provider data, manages the referral pipeline, and coordinates everything behind the scenes so the field team can stay focused on providers. This is a desk-based, fully remote role working US Eastern business hours. You will own the data, reporting, and coordination layer of our US provider engagement enrollment operations, working directly with US-based leadership and field account managers. What You'll Do - Analyze provider and referral data to identify high-potential oncology practices, build target lists, and help prioritize territories for the field team. - Own the provider referral pipeline: track referrals from first provider contact through pre-screening and enrollment handoff, flag stalls, and drive follow-ups to resolution. - Keep CRM data accurate and current (provider interactions, referrals, engagement outcomes) and enforce data hygiene standards across the team. - Build dashboards and recurring reports on field activity, referral volume, conversion, and SLAs for leadership. - Coordinate the field team's operating rhythm: meeting preparation, action items, follow-up tracking, and accountability. - Run provider onboarding as a project, with clear documentation, workflows, and handoffs to clinical operations and patient-facing teams. - Document SOPs, playbooks, and best practices as the function scales. - Partner cross-functionally with clinical operations, customer success, and technology teams to keep provider-sourced patients moving through the funnel. Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, operations, commercial/sales operations, or field team support, ideally in healthcare, pharma, CROs, or health tech. - Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel, comfortable building dashboards and turning raw data into target lists, insights, and decisions. - Experienced with CRM platforms and disciplined about data quality. - Structured project management: you run multiple parallel workstreams to deadline without dropping balls. - Full professional English fluency, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly with US-based executives and field teams. - Available to work US Eastern business hours. - Hands-on and thorough: you do the detailed, unglamorous work well and do not cut corners when things get hard. - Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment; you build structure where none exists. Nice to Have - Experience in oncology, clinical trials, or patient recruitment. - Background supporting US-based commercial or medical field teams from LATAM (sales operations, field force effectiveness, shared services). - Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (community practices, referral patterns, EMRs). - PMP or equivalent project management certification.
