We’re looking for a Project Manager III to lead complex restoration projects with full autonomy. You’ll oversee multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, navigate regulatory frameworks, and drive high-quality delivery from planning to close-out. A Day in the Life Your days will be dynamic—balancing technical planning with field realities. You’ll start by finalizing your Risk Register and Project Plan, check in with your design and construction teams, and follow up on permits. In the afternoon, you might visit a restoration site to coordinate with subcontractors and monitor progress, then report on budget performance and percent complete. You’ll use RES’s PM Best Practices (Opportunity Charters, Risk Registers, MS Project schedules) to manage scope, risk, and timelines. Whether you’re speaking with regulators, adjusting plans due to unexpected site conditions, or presenting updates to RES leadership or project partners—you’ll lead with clarity, purpose, and professionalism. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in applied sciences, engineering, or construction (or equivalent experience). - At least 10 years of experience in mitigation banking, environmental, restoration, or construction-related fields. - 6+ years of direct project management experience. - Advanced knowledge of project management tools and documentation practices. - Strong background in regulatory processes and permit management. - Experience managing budgets, subcontractors, schedules, invoices, and multi-disciplinary teams. - Confidence leading projects with minimal oversight and high complexity. - Strong communication skills and ability to manage risk, scope, and client expectations. - Demonstrated success using PM Best Practices (Charters, Risk Registers, BMPs). - Ability to mentor junior PMs or lead project teams across departments. - Familiarity with financial reporting, forecasting, and project margin tracking. Role Description As Senior Project Manager on the Irth EDO team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. Your main goal would be to create and manage projects to successful completion - from initiation, through delivery, to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes. - Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Irth’s platform. - Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues. - Act as a liaison between Irth’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success. - Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals. - Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively; identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementation phase. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Qualifications - 12+ years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles in a Professional Services function in a Software Company, preferably a SaaS provider. - Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management. - Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills. - Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources. - Experience handling escalations at all levels. - A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required. - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology. Preferred - Experience in Oil and Gas Industry. - Familiarity with Damage Prevention and Pipeline Integrity Sectors. - Experience working with Oil and Gas software and technology preferred. - Experience with solution development processes and application support lifecycles. Education - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Compensation The salary range for this role is CAD $170k. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components. Role Description The Translation Project Manager takes full ownership of multiple projects from scoping to delivery. They create quotes and schedules, discuss resourcing needs with the vendor manager, ensure correct implementation track progress, as well as manage several team members. They also process invoicing and support the sales team to win new clients. Key Responsibilities - Planning - Define the scope of the project: this includes file analysis using memoQ, scheduling and GM forecasting. - Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the available resources to ensure profitability margins are met. - Review the project schedule with Management and other stakeholders that will be affected by project activities; revise and update the schedule and resourcing needs as required. - Evaluate project risks and propose mitigation plans. - Production - Collaborate with the team of Project Managers to ensure adequate resourcing of the project, including a mix of in-house and in-territory linguists. - Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Monitor project health and proactively resolve roadblocks and incidents with the team. - Develop and sustain an effective communication strategy with customers and stakeholders to ensure they are informed about progress and aware of any potential risks. - Drive the adoption of AI and automation to improve localization workflows, operational efficiency, and project delivery. - Team Management - Review the quality of the work on the project with the project coordinators on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the required standards. - Support vendor management on an ad-hoc basis with the recruitment and evaluation of linguists. - Train new members of staff as required. - Provide guidance and coaching to team members to help increase their operational efficiency. - Review translation capabilities on a regular basis and report on any additional requirements (in-house or freelancers) based on planned projects. - Financial Control - Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation and ensure that all records for the project are up to date according to the requirements and budget of the project. - Ensure client billing and invoicing is delivered on time by the team. - Have ownership of the invoicing process for the projects. - Other - Adhere to company Security, Confidentiality and Health and Safety procedures and ensure the compliance of the team. - Adhere to the company IT and HR procedures and ensure the compliance of the team. - Understand ethical behaviour and business practices and ensure that own behaviour and the behaviour of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organisation.
