• Designing and optimizing the architecture, systems, and data frameworks that power Global Payments' SMB Marketing ecosystem • Creating end-to-end marketing solutions for campaign execution • Managing integration requirements across CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, and other martech data platforms • Establishing standards for campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution • Translating business and campaign requirements into detailed technical specifications • Defining and enforcing standards for data quality, system usage, and integration patterns • Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to data flow, system integrations, tracking, and lead management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, data architecture, or systems integration
- Advanced proficiency with marketing platforms (Salesforce CRM, Marketo/Pardot, CDPs, paid media platforms, GTM & attribution tools, analytics tools, ETL/integration platforms)
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and system integrations
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable marketing technology solutions
- Experience working with enterprise data teams, BI, and engineering functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
