• You will design the use of Artificial Intelligence within our company and our software products • You will identify use cases, evaluate technologies and develop scalable AI solutions • You will be responsible for the technical AI strategy and the development of an AI and LLM platform • You will develop and own the technical AI strategy as well as an AI reference architecture • You will define standards for prompt engineering, testing, quality assurance and governance • You will advise management, product teams and business units on the use of AI • You will support pilot projects, training and the adoption of best practices • You will consider data protection, security, compliance and regulatory requirements in AI deployment
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development or software architecture
- Solid knowledge of modern software architectures and cloud technologies
- Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, APIs and Python or a comparable programming language
- Familiarity with relevant AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source models, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, MLP or prompt engineering
- Ideally experience with LLM Ops / ML Ops, evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning, Kubernetes and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR)
- Strong architectural and systems understanding
- High technical curiosity and a pragmatic, communicative working style
- Hands-on mentality and ability to structure complex topics
- Business-fluent German and English (at least C1)

Role Description The Front-End Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and leading the development of modern, intuitive, and accessible user experiences for mission-critical cloud applications hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Working within an Agile DevSecOps environment, the Front-End Solutions Architect serves as the technical lead for front-end architecture, establishes development standards, and collaborates closely with cloud engineers, UX designers, cybersecurity specialists, product owners, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing web applications that support Department of Defense (DoD) missions.
